How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship orders within one business day and send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. Expect your delivery within 2-7 business days, depending on where you live, and feel free to check your order status any time under by logging into your account from the home page.

What is your return policy? 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return any products to us if you are not completely satisfied with your results. Some items may not be returnable once they leave our warehouse, so we may issue a refund without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns cannot be processed without a return authorization number.

How do I pick the right shade?

Use our Shade Selector located on each product page at JustForMen.com. Your recommended shade depends on your natural hair color and the amount of gray you have. When in doubt, go a shade lighter than your natural color.

What shampoo should I use?

Use a shampoo for color treated hair. These shampoos have lower levels of surfactants, which reduces fading. For your beard wash and conditioning needs, check out The Best Beard Care Ever at JustForMen.com

How do I use Just for Men®?

Note: Always do a simple skin allergy (alert) test 48 hours before you use your Just For Men product. Do the patch test on the inside bend of your elbow each and every time.

When should I begin timing how long to leave on the product?

Begin timing after you have finished applying the product to make sure all your hair gets the optimal gray coverage

How do I get even color results?

You can apply Just For Men to areas with the most gray first before applying it to the rest of your hair. That way, the grayest areas are in contact with the product for an extra minute or two.

Will swimming or sun affect my hair after I use your product?

Swimming in chlorinated water and being exposed to sunlight for long periods of time will affect any hair color. Whenever possible, it is advisable to wear a swim cap, and shampoo your hair as soon as you can after swimming. If you swim frequently, you may also need to reapply our product more often. It’s also a good idea to wear a hat or a cap when in the sun. You may also want to use a shampoo or conditioner containing a sunscreen (UV protectant).

Can women use Just For Men®?

Yes. Many women have used Just For Men products with very good results, however, if their hair is long, more than one package may be needed.

Can I use Just For Men® on previously highlighted or bleached hair?

No, it is not recommended to use Just For Men products on hair that has been previously highlighted or bleached, because color results can be unpredictable

Is coloring my hair time consuming?

No. The process only takes a few minutes, and since all of our products are permanent, you only have to use it when the gray grows back.
