Why are you stopping DTC/on site shopping?
Our expertise is in developing Men’s Hair Color products that deliver the most natural looking results, and want to focus on that. Our retail partners, like Amazon, are experts in shipping, handling and logistics.
Do I have to purchase from Amazon?
No, you don’t. However, Amazon is one of the few e-commerce retailers that provide automated shipments at the cadence of your preference, similar to Auto-Delivery. If you purchase elsewhere you will likely have to return regularly to buy.
Do I need to cancel my Auto-Delivery subscription?
Yes, we recommend you cancel your subscription by 5/15, you can do so here. If you do not cancel by 5/15 your Auto-Delivery subscription will automatically be turned off.
